Braking with the left foot

When I started the Simracing, I naturally used my left foot to brake : my cockpit had only two pedals, so ...

Then I wanted to add realism to my practice and I completed my cockpit with additional pedals to have the opportunity to clutch with the foot. What encouraged me to let my left foot on this new pedal and use the right to accelerate and brake.

Then I remove the second pedal, but used to use my right foot for two different actions.

And then I saw this video.

 

You can clearly see Sébastien Loeb in his car in the WTCC, who constantly keeps his left foot on the brake.

So I changed my cockpit to be able to brake with my left foot. And relearning gesture is not simple.

But it made me gain some time on the track and a little serenity. I do not have to run between two pedals.
