My training program changes...



This week, I decided to change a little my training program compared to what I wrote in my previous article.

Indeed, I began to take pleasure in the development of setups, because finally, I've understood how the various changes work. This is especially the anti-roll bar and the springs that caught my attention : I finally get the feeling of their effects through a finer control. I therefore take a better advantage of each of them to bring down the times.

So I decided to take more time for free practice. No need to respect a defined time. Instead, I decided to work on the lowest possible setting until I feel I can not go further (or until I'm tired, just).

This state of mind allowed me to earn more than 4 seconds on the last track, that of Spa-Francorchamps. Incredible !
